Subject	High beams constantly on?

Message	So I let the car sit from Friday afternoon to saturday night. Had to go somewhere and only the high beams turned on, the blue indicator on the dash is only on but that's when I noticed my whole dashboards wasn't lit up either. When I switch to my running lights, they don't even turn on but my reverse and I believe my brakes lights work too... just need help pointed in the right dorection, worst case I'm assuming ground issue?
